Sunday Thought

Buyers may wait for the right home to finally come on the market.

Sellers may wait for the right time to make their move.

Maybe people don’t hate waiting nearly as much as they hate waiting without anticipation.

When you know what you’re waiting for and believe it’s worth the wait...the waiting feels very different.

In real estate, the right opportunity is often worth waiting for!

Happy Sunday.

Sheila

This was a great post. The best line that touched me the most was this one:

When you know what you’re waiting for and believe it’s worth the wait...the waiting feels very different.

Lawrence & Sheila Agranoff good Sunday morning, Sheila and Larry. As that old saying goes "good things come to those who wait." If you know what you're waiting for, it's worth the wait.

Waiting can be dangerous, and I see more people who wait end up worse off, so when what they are waiting for comes around, they'd better be quick to act, haha.

Sheila, there is a meaningful difference between waiting with uncertainty and waiting with a clear purpose. Buyers and sellers who understand what they want and prepare for it can act confidently when the right opportunity arrives. Patience is often an important part of a successful real estate decision.

Waiting with anticipation can be exciting. Waiting with anything less is no fun.

Good morning Larry and Sheila,

The key is to know and understand what you are waiting for and then it becomes easier to wait and be ready to act when it comes up.

Hi Larry and Sheila- you make a good point. Just waiting can be tiresome but if you know what you are waiting for and believe it will happen...it makes all the difference in the world.
