Easy Green Chile Chicken for a Busy Weeknight

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Arizona Resource Realty BR518926000

Some of the best family dinners are also the simplest. If you're looking for a meal that's full of Southwestern flavor but easy enough for a weeknight, Green Chile Chicken is a recipe worth adding to your collection.

Made with tender chicken, diced green chiles, cream cheese, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and simple seasonings, this dish comes together in about 30 minutes. It's creamy, comforting, and pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, tortillas, or roasted vegetables.

One of the best things about this recipe is how easy it is to customize. Add black beans, corn, jalapeños, or shredded rotisserie chicken to make it your own. Leftovers also reheat well, making it a great option for meal prep.

At Arizona Resource Realty, we enjoy sharing local lifestyle ideas in addition to helpful real estate information. Whether you're preparing dinner for the family or planning your next move, we hope to make life in Arizona a little easier.

Enjoying Every Day to Its Fullest!

Tamra, this recipe sounds delicious, and do have 4 more cans of green chile, but they are so difficult to purchase here, will save them for a batch of green chile.

Thank you Joan! I'm glad the recipe caught your attention. Four cans of green chile sounds like a pretty good stash, especially if they're hard to find where you are! I don't blame you for saving them for a batch of green chile. Sometimes you have to hold on to those hard to find ingredients when you have them. 😊 I hope you get a chance to make the recipe sometime. Have a wonderful day!
