Prospect CT 41st Annual Car Show and Sock Hop
The DJ will play tunes from the period, and the socks will be hopping along with the rest of the body as people remember the days of riding around in cars that were heavy and highly polished.
For some, the music will bring back the memories of their babysitters singing to them softly trying to put them to sleep, while waiting for their special friend to arrive.
There will be a lot of cars covering all years and, in the past, there have been well over 500.
From 11 am to 4, people will walk the rows and appreciate the mass of cars. while eating food from the vendors.
So come up and enjoy the afternoon with your neighbors and have fun.
