For thirty-two years, I have been a Land Broker and a National Land course educator with 303 one-hour radio/podcast episodes at www.letstalland.net and now eight Land Books on Amazon, with the master one still in the works.
Search "How many Land courses with Continuing Education are offered in all 50 states"; you will see what I mean. It is shameful that our real estate industry does very little to support land education. It is interesting.
Why does the Realtors Code of Ethics, Article 11, say that you should not be engaged in a "Specialty" without proper training or education? Where are they supposed to find it?
With my nine and a half years of interviewing over 300 professionals in the Land industry, I have composed nine books from the mass of information from professionals in all aspects, even international shows. With all this collective knowledge, I have written nine books, now on Amazon, and plan to write more.
It does no one any good to keep the scripts and MP3 files in my personal collection. Therefore, those agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, title companies, lenders, appraisers, and anyone with an interest in Land and Farms. I now present a little help.
Check them out and spread the word. Especially Brokers-in-charge and anyone with responsibilities involved in a Land transaction.
