to close or not to close, that is the answer

i have been trying to close a small residence and it just wont go. the lender has been avoiding my calls, and when she does answer, she has no anwers. i went down to the bank, but it seemed that all the managers where out of town and noone could help. so i waited and i waited some more. the buyers dont help either, they are tired of waiting, they had already turned in their apt, and had to renew the lease because they where scared to be homeless.  so here i am still waiting and waiting, we were supposed to close at four, but the title co wont be able to close today, and to be honest i feel scared to call the buyer, i should have listen to my mom, i should of been a cowboy. frustrated realtor in texas, any advise?
