Finding Ourselves Again in Nerdin Gardens on Date Night
Somewhere between that first sip and the second laugh, we remembered how good it feels to simply be together. Date night found us wandering into Nerdin Gardens, where the evening air smelled of growing possibilities. Beneath the glowing arbor, strings of tiny lights twinkled overhead like stars caught in the vines.
We settled into two chairs, cocktails in hand, sharing small bites from a prepared platter. No agenda. No errands. No phones. Just two of us, present and tucked away beneath a magical, outdoor canopy. We talked about everything and nothing, old memories, future dreams and the little things that still make us chuckle.
Romance isn't always grand vacations or candlelit dinners in restaurants, it’s quite often found at home. More than square footage, it's in the belonging, like a chair that molds to your shape or a garden that awaits your arrival. Date night in Nerdin Gardens made us realize that we’d choose each other all over again.
