Defiance!

"Defiance refers to the act of openly resisting or challenging authority, rules, or expectations. It often embodies a sense of boldness and courage in standing against opposition or control." AI

I highlighted the word courage above because courage often denotes nobility where as I more often see defiance as an act of stupidity.

Most of us laughed at The Three Stooges as their crazy schemes were bold and defiant... and stupid.

Sorry to say, there is plenty of stupid in Real Estate to. What is NOT stupid is the morals and rules of Real Estate we learn during State mandated licensing exams and continuing education.

It's funny how some new agents test these morals, obligations, and rules right out of the gate when they get their licenses. My advice to new agents is if an idea challenges any known morals then run it by your Broker before displaying your ignorance to the world.
