The Blogging Challenge
I frequently use AI to help polish my blog posts. It saves time and makes the content look great.
The problem comes when I try to copy and paste it into ActiveRain. The formatting sometimes gets distorted, and I end up having to re-type everything by hand.
Not being the fastest typist, that takes away all the time I was trying to save!
I would love for our group to share tips on how to paste AI text smoothly into the editor without losing formatting or having to retype the whole article.

Beyond real estate, AI has become a fun daily assistant. Like my friend Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400 agrees, it is very easy to get hooked!
I use it when planning groceries and baking.
When I wanted to make a simple applesauce cake with raisins and nuts, AI suggested adding cranberries and chocolate chips instead.
I baked both, and the cranberry-chocolate chip version turned out to be a delightful coffee cake—all from a quick prompt on my phone.
Creative Staging & Marketing
The possibilities for our business are truly endless.
Recently, I used AI to explore ideas for refreshing a bedroom. It suggested fluffing up the bed linens and adding large pillows against the headboard. It gave the space a polished, staged look without changing the actual layout of the room.
There is so much we can learn from each other, and sharing our practical AI tips and tricks would make a fantastic Zoom session!
