Do You Need A Sign

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Property Management Inc.-Destin

How do you know you’re ready to buy a home?

Timing might be critical but it is often impossible to time a major event like this.

A steady income, manageable debt, savings for upfront costs, and a clear idea of what you can afford are all good signs.

Most importantly, you should feel financially and personally ready for the responsibilities of homeownership.

Home ownership is a big steep forward that can bring big rewards down the road.

Good morning Peter. Some never learn to plant roots or consider planting those roots in a long term rental. We need to identify those that are not tired of renting but qualify in all other categories and educate them into becoming buyers for their own benefit. Enjoy your day.

That is such a clear and helpful checklist, Peter Mohylsky, Broker! Breaking readiness down into those core fundamentals—from steady income and savings to simply being tired of renting and ready to plant roots—makes a great guide for anyone trying to navigate the timing of a major move.
