While everyone I know can push a button not everyone I know would be fit to push the button that launches a missal that may rain down destruction on others.
Image being in your 20's sitting in a hole 3 stories down in the ground waiting for the President to tell you to push the button. Not a job for everyone.

Having a Real Estate license is a great responsibility and is not one that just anyone can handle well. Mistakes made in Real Estate can be destructive to both individuals and families.
During the Real Estate boom many people obtained licenses that never should have had them because the lure was "this is easy money". Thankfully most of those washed out quickly and no harm was done.
Unlike college, a degree/license, can be obtained very quickly. Unfortunately, unlike many college freshmen and sophomore's who realize they are headed to the wrong career field change their majors, potential Real Estate licensees just plow ahead because licensing only takes a few months so why not?
My message to home buyers: If you are considering working with a newly licensed Real Estate agent proceed with caution (even if it's a relative). Their actions/decisions could blow-up in your face.
