I keep it simple Gwen Fowler SC Lakes & Mountains 864-710-4518 and perhaps too simple, but my opinion is that the market is always good.  When a buyer is ready to buy, it is the right time for them to buy, and when a seller is ready to sell, then it is the right time for them to sell.  Simple as that, haha.
