Every once in a while, someone comes along who reminds you just how special the ActiveRain community really is.
Today, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Craig Daniels!
In August, Craig took some much-deserved time away for some offline time, travel, and a little R&R. And yet, he still took the time to help me with something I absolutely could NOT have figured out on my own, changing my ActiveRain signature to reflect my transition from the Coldwell Banker corporate office to my new Coldwell Banker franchise here in Austin.
And when I say helped me, I mean he REALLY helped me!

Craig recreated my signature concept, finalized the mockup, and then created the HTML code for me to copy and paste into my updated blog signature. He even made sure it would be readable on mobile devices, which is especially important since so many of us are reading and viewing content on our phones these days. |
Now, I’ll admit that when Craig starts talking about HTML, style sheets and web design, I’m nodding my head like I completely understand what he’s saying. 😂
One thing I found particularly interesting was Craig's explanation that ActiveRain could benefit from updating its style sheets to allow more usable space on mobile screens. Apparently, that's something he has on his list to discuss with the development team.
I may not understand all the technical stuff, but I sure do appreciate the person who does!
Craig is one of those people who is always willing to take the time to help others. He shares his knowledge, solves problems, explains things patiently, and makes ActiveRain a better place for all of us.
So, Craig, thank you! ❤️
Thank you for taking time out of your own busy schedule to help me. Your willingness to jump in and help, is one of the things that makes this community so special.
ActiveRain is better because of people like you, Craig!
And for those of you who don't know Craig Daniels or haven't had the opportunity to tap into his incredible knowledge, consider this your introduction. If you need help with something technical, he is definitely someone worth knowing!
Thank you, Craig, for always being willing to help!
