The former Jung Brewery building is being considered for renovations by the Mequon Planning Commission to help bring more people, businesses and revenue into the city coffers. This gorgeous building is being considered for use as offices, residential use with underground parking, retail stores and even a restaurant with a nod to its brewery past. The Jung Brewery building is thought to be a key component of the Town Center project. The Mequon Planning Commission plans to utilize the Town Center project to create several mix-use buildings: commercial and residential, in an attempt to modernize and revitalize the Mequon and Thiensville areas. For more information on continuing renovation efforts in the Mequon area, please feel free to contact me.
