Noisy eaters irritate me (even family) but I will admit that there are times I bite into something that makes me sigh. i.e. A melt in your mouth steak or a loaded potato with butter, sour cream, cheese and bacon. (I know, a zillion calories.)
So the cartoon got me thinking about clients who made noises while showing them homes. Yes it happens 😊. It's fun when it happens. Sighing at the site of the Master bedroom, the kitchen, and even the three stall garage.
There are many things that bring a smile to a Real Estate professionals face... I had forgot about a clients sigh.
