New Orleans Real Estate - Utility Bills - Tip of the Day

For all of you buyers out there...ask about utility bills. It is much better to be able to budget for any change in your monthly utility bills before buying a new property. The bills may be more or less than your current bill and you want to know as soon as you can to best budget your monthly expenses. Your agent can find that information out for you by asking the listing agent. So don't be afraid to ask detailed questions!
