Ben Benarkeand His Comments on the Economy on July 15,2008

Dear Real Estate Family:

I was just saying to myself that the Americans need to hear a speech or statement by the President and an Economist about the economy/Recession. Lo and behold, it came on television yesterday, with the President saying that we are not facing a recession and that the economy is in good shape. Right behind the President came Ben Benarke's interpretation of how the economy is doing and he stated as I heard it that the economy is not doing good, plus we will not see alot of improvement until next year. He also said the Federal Reserve had done all they could do to stabilize the economy and his most concern was that banks will not be able to extend credit because of the abusive actions creditors & lenders have done in the past. I think in a nutshell, Benarke was saying that it is going to be tight for a while  and we better do all we can as far as spending wisely.

I rather be able to spend wisely then taxed to death for my hard work to benefit those who choose to do nothing. I think smart decision need to be made by people and stop trying to keep up with the jones. Live life in your means is what most people should do.
