I have listed this show worthy rambler at a great price. It's been on the market for about two weeks and not one showing, no, not one! Now mind you, the market isn't the hottest in the small town of Granite Falls, but this is completely ideal for first time home buyers. It's truly the best bang for your buck!
I just recently received an email from the Seller who is totally frustrated about the non-activity on the place. I've marketed it to the best of my ability, and she realizeds that ultimately, the home has to sell itself. Where, oh where, are the buyers?
She continued to vent, telling me that an agent made an appointment to show, and ended up being a no show. Now I realize that things come up, but at least have the decency to call the owners back to cancel. Really, is that so hard? My poor Seller spit shined the house, gathered up her two dogs, her visiting mother in law and her daughter and headed out of the house for 3 hours. All for nothing.
Anyways, I'm going to put on a broker's open this Friday. What for? So that I can give away my hard earned money to agents of course! :) You cannot deny that you don't attend those things just for a free lunch or $5, or perhaps a gas card. So..... in order to really blow the agents out of the water and have them knocking down the door (all to make my Seller feel better), I'm asking you for a creative idea to make this happen. Please be budget friendly, as times are tough. Let those creative juices flow and send me your ideas!
