8. Offer a Buyer allowance for Carpet & Paint!

9. Give away a Flat Screen TV with the purchase of your Home!

10. If all else fails, Offer a GAS CARD! They are like gold right now!

I find that these types of incentives don't work if you don't have buyers coming into your market. Modoc County only has about 10,000 residents -- the best thing to do for a buyer coming into this market is to make sure the property is clean and priced right.
