Why Would You Go?

By
Real Estate Agent with John L Scott Real Estate

So I'm putting on a broker's open for one of my new listings in order to spark some interest, or at least just get some living, breathing people through the house to help calm down the nerves and frustrations of my Seller.

The home is super cute, totally show ready, priced really well. So where are the buyers?

I must admit that I am one of those agents that attends broker's opens for the freebies, I mean, why not? Free lunch, free gas, free money. Free is great! Here's my not-so-much of a dilema, where I need YOUR input.

I want to do something...creative.... to get the agents out to view the home on Friday. Like what? I don't know, that's why asking you. But it needs to be budget friendly, as times are tough. Send me your ideas!

Thanks!  ~Holly

Have you considered a themed luncheon, like "a taste of tuscany" or " a taste of mexico" or what about an ice cream sundae buffet?  You could have all the toppings out (m & m's , jimmies, crushed oreos, pineapple, cherries, nuts) and keep the ice cream in the freezer.
