It's HIGH SUMMER here in Colorado Springs. 
And being in the Rockies, that means, fishing, camping, hiking and even the occassional boating. One of the great things about being in the military is Outdoor Rec. Now, admittedly, I'd forget that it was even there...unless we were doing a squadron function! That's why I'm writing this post, so YOU can remember to make the most of what the Air Force gives you.
Outdoor Recreation at Peterson AFB has tons of great rentals to help you take full advantage of the summer. You can get fishing poles, canoes, camping equipment and more. They also offer White Water Rafting Trips and Outdoor Rockclimbing sessions.
As long as you live in the area of Peterson AFB Real Estate, then take the time to check out all the great programs and rentals they have to offer. If you're in the vicinity of Air Force Academy Real Estate, then you'll want to use USAFA Services for your starting point.
