Whether you're a first time Buyer or not the value of a good home inspection is important not only for your confidence in the purchase you're about to make but could save you alot of money and frustration down the road.
It is important to have as much knowledge as possible about the property you are about to invest your life into and be aware of any problems that may come up in the future.
A few things you want to be certain of are:
> The Property Inspector is a certified licensed inspector with the State in which the purchase is taking place.
> Your inspector will provide you with a full report for your self & your Attorney.
> The timeframe you have to raise any issues with the Seller from the home inspection.
It's probably best if you have a list of questions or particular concerns for your Inspector prior to the inspection so they can be prepared to answer all your questions.
