REO Broker Connection

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Nacrei.com

REO brokers wishing to work with lending institutions are often frustrated by not being connected with REO managers. The best way is to be listed in a place where the managers can have fast access to listing brokers. A new site ReoAllstars.com is run by a REO manager who has been in the business for several years. In order to promote the site he has asked his co-workers to use the brokers listed there and the first brokers in each county will naturally get the most business. Many popular REO referral sites charge over $1,000 annually to be listed at the bottom of their lists where you may never get called.

Kurt -

I could not agree more. I am an Asset Manager who uses this and other sites to locate all my new agents.

I posted on a few other threads this evening before I saw your post about this site.

It looks very sound and has a great price to boot! I have been locating my agents through these types of sites for 10+ years. I just wish the agents out there knew about them, it would make my life much easier. I need more great agents on these types of sites.

With the influx of REO's we will see in the coming months, I will be hiring new REO Agents left and right.

Have a great night.

REOnetwork & REObrokers sites are great but they are oversaturated and the bottom agents are often overlooked. The only reason I mentioned ReoAllstars is because of lower costs and new signups have a better chance of getting business there.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate the information and why some of the larger ones have been unsuccessful.
