Wow, I am amazed..

still in the hospital.....  she lost her mind to the kemo, she is awake but no-one is home...  blank stares

 I no longer beleive that our day was the reason for her meltdown... 

doctors have told me different , they said I was lucky to have one of her last day's...

Is it really true , we are loosing her? 

I just pray that if this is what is to happen... Clay( her first husband) and Joe,(her brother) set a table in Heaven for her and plan a wonderful Purple and Royal Blue arival, For she would know that the colors came from her girls....     We love you

Thanks for the update. Carol's photo gives the impression of a real trooper. I will continue to keep her in my thoughts and prayers, along with her family and Friends.

update,  carol is acting much more normal now   :-) , they found she had several strokes thru all of this , that is what had her so out of it, spent the day with her yesterday and she is as catty as ever, The cancer is spreading and is affecting all of her insides, we are working toward getting her to Barnes for a spot Kemo treatment?  , it doesn't look very good but at least she is aware of what is going on around her..thanks for all of your support..i really appreciate coming here...thanks for listening..

I know she is thankful to have people she loves and who love her there to comfort and be there......

I have never been in that situation...I would not know what to do, Kristy..... my heart breaks for you.....

 Thank You Kathleen,  I have a great update this time... Carol went and saw the new doctor at the hospital, he is the head Neurologist, he ran a bunch of different tests on her and stated he thought the Cancer was shrinking and he was going to go in and do spot radiation starting next week and thinks he can kill the cancer!!  long hard road considering she has a blood clot and her health is not up to par...but that was the best news all year, she called and sounded so happy, God willing she can be here longer with us than previously thought... thank you so much for all your prayers and concern, she is being watched by above!

God is so good all the time &  God will use your testimony & Carol's for his glory.

We all have been praying and I am glad God heard us and is working through the doctors to heal her....

Update.....  well the doctors have told us that the small cell lung cancer is not treatable, it is to close to her lungs and might kill her, either way she will pass . So.... she is doing much better with this whole thing, she gets us girls together and makes sure she is passing down things for us to remember her by, Telling us all of her story's, Singing her songs ,reminding us of our responsibility's, we are starting to go thru her things to clean out some of her rooms full of everything..... she figures that will be less stress for Bill when she passes.. This is all so very humbling, she is such a remarkable woman.  I will aways and forever love Carol

Carol is doing the right and responsible thing in going thru her things  and passing on what she wants to whom she wants, but even more important are the stories, the songs, and the love. None of us knows how long we have (not even Carol really) and yet we hold on to our stuff, our grudges, our hurts - and that is what we pass on to others.
