Free I like Free. I syndicate with my IDX from my website that does this and have been looking at postlets to do the same.
Provided IDX's are not enough. Postlet, are a great way. Seems like you have some ideas as to how to utilize different IDX's. My only suggestion is, review which sites each individual affiliate will exchange your data to and spread it out with as little overlap as possible.
