or just a small surge before they dive down again. It was nice to see that house starts were up for June. I think at the very least that this positive news over the last 3-4 days will at least help boost consumer confidencc. I am not sure if it will last but I hope it does and we can press forward again. There are alot of doom sayers out there, but we must remember that everything that goes up comes down and back up. You just need to look at history so do not do anything foolish and we will make it through this rough patch.
