Today's Buyers and Sellers are becoming more and more internet savy. This can pose many unique problems within our industry. How would you respond if your Seller wanted to post his/her home on Zillow during the listing period? Could this be a useful tour or a disaster? What have you experienced?

I post my listings on Zillow, Craig's list, anywhere I can. Full Service, to me, means advertising the listing everywhere I can. Except print. I tell the prospective client I will not use print advertising (newspapers) because it wastes my money.

I have seen ads on sites where the home owner has posted their house, for the contact info they listed the agents contact info.
