I have been working a deal that has had lots of twists and turns. I represented both
sides, buyer and seller. The seller had several repairs and was very close on his
bottom line. I have worried and worried that he would come out owing money at
closing. The lender had it figured at around a thousand for him to come in with
at closing. Young couple and a thousand is alot to them. Well today the HUD came
and he will be getting a thousand instead of paying. The lender had figured the
commision wrong. Yeah all that worry and it was ok the whole time. Always good
when our clients are happy at closing.
