Thanks for the tip. I am very big on Lease with the Option to buy and Owner Financing of my properties, I am very intrigued with this site as I have just looked at it.
There seems to be many possibilities in which I will look into.
I'll be happy to let you know what I feel about it after I spend some time going through it (which could take a little while b/c of the multitude of sites)
