Great information, Adam and I love the picture.  Where was that taken?

LISA:  Thanks for the compliment.  I took that picture when my son had his end of the year BBQ at a beach in Smithtown (called Long Beach).  The body of water is the Nissequoge River.  Thanks for commenting, Lisa.

I would love to wake up and see that view! Some day, I will have a home on the water, a beach house, something.  But likely not in New York!!  (Sorry, Adam, I like the West Coast!)

Hi Adam,  Thank You for featuring my post yesterday in Active Rain Addicts!  I am honored.  You present a clear, concise and compelling listing in this post.  I had no idea of the value of beach front homes in Long Island!  You are a marketing expert in your specific area!

Adam, not knowing you did this I just wrote a post about my area waterfront homes...actually a brief sales analysis.  No matter where, living on the water is so special, isn't it?

I have really enjoyed reading your blog. I am relatively new to AR and have noticed you have received a lot of points and have achieved a remarkable high ranking. Congratulations! May I ask if you have had success in turning your high ranking into business? I am curious if it has been a profitable venture personally as well as financially. Thanks for sharing and best of luck in your business.

That photo brings back memories of my life on LI.  We're thinking about buzzing up there for an upcoming weekend to show the kids where I grew up in Wading River.  I spent a lot of time on the Sound, bays and lakes.  It's one of the best features of LI.

This is sounding like a "goodbye" comment...
