Well, according to a recent Forbes magazine article, Atlanta has made the list of the top 10 cities to buy a home! That's exciting news for all buyers looking in the Atlanta area; although the market may be slow right now, it's a great time to buy a home! Some of the criteria for getting on the list were: that buying costs less than renting; tax incentives are attractive; and there is an opportunity to build equity. Four of the ten cities were in Texas due to its current job market. Anyways, I just thought I would pass this along....have a great weekend!
Matt and I will be showing houses in Decatur tomorrow to a cute couple who are very excited about buying their first home! We are really looking forward to this journey of walking them through this process.
