What happening in the Fraser Valley Real Estate BC Market this week?

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Royal Pro Real Estate Network

What's happening in our Fraser Valley Market, British Columbia this week? The stats are out this morning from our board and there are currently 1983 listing on the market in our Board and we've had 694 sales this month so far. Compared to last year there were just over 1550 listings and 1063 sales. What does this mean for the Buyer? Lots to choose from and prices have changed, it's a great time right now to get into the market. What does it mean for the Realtor? It means you need to have a Realtor that is very aggressive with their Marketing plan to get the word out the property is listed and looking great! Let me know if I can answer further questions at sheri@sheribrown.ca

You still have a very active market. How many agents are in your market?

100% representation means NEVER DUAL AGENCY !
Hello Sheri and welcome to the Active|Rain community. You've made a big step to distinguish yourself from the majority of real estate licensees by blogging about real estate. So I'm inviting you to join an active|rain group comprised of your fellow blogger Canadian REALTORS® , the Canada, eh group - http://activerain.com/groups/Canada. When I login on ActiveRain.com, I always check the Canada, eh group first to read the Canadian perspective since Canadian bloggers are so much easier to find on the group home page. And please include any of your posts with a Canadian angle by also posting them to the group. (although please no postings about properties for sale in the group) Should you decide to join the Canadians, then let me say "Welcome!" Larry, group founder and moderator, Moncton, New Brunswick
