This is such a great, informational blog.  Thank you! 

I have a friend who lives there and I love that lake setting.  It really is very peaceful and tranquil.  You can't beat those condos for the location and the money.  As a matter of fact, I might be looking at one myself in the not so distant future, for my daughter who might be attending the College of Charleston in a few years.

I think it's a wise idea for you to consider these units for your Daughter.
