Yup, you heard me. 3 blocks to dirt! In Aiken that means a lot. Dirt is the horse district. There you can watch the thoroughbreds train in the mornings, enjoy breakfast at the Track Kitchen, watch a polo match...... maybe even watch an Olympian train!!! (I'll talk about that in another blog) As you drive down Two Notch Road you will know you are in the horse district when the road changes from paved to dirt. Another indication might be some of the street signs.
Well, this house is like three blocks to dirt, haha. Great location. Convenient to the Horse District - Whiskey Road/ Southside - Downtown - and to the bypass (if you work in Augusta)
Three bedrooms - One and one half baths, big back yard, off street parking, wood burning fireplace, refinished hardwood floors..... I could go on and on.
Oh - and it is the ONLY two story house on the street.
