 Home StagingTM is a proven process that helps you prepare your home or "product" for sale. Staging may be as simple as thoroughly cleaning a home and rearranging furniture or more involved such as re-painting, re-carpeting and renting furniture to increase the home's marketability.  When you put your house on the market, it becomes a commodity or product.  For a product to sell, it has to be successfully marketed and packaged.  Home Staging can create emotional connection points throughout the house so that buyers feel at  home.   Remember, "The way you live in your home, and the way you market and sell your house are two different things."

Homes that are staged with an Accredited Staging Professional (ASPTM) sell faster and for more money, because staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in your property. In turn, this leads to your home selling for the highest possible price in today's market.  Realtors:  Staging can make the difference between a home that sits on the market and one that sells. Before taking on a new client, consider offering my services as an additional incentive to list with you. 


Services include a written, detailed consultation where the homeowner completes the staging work.  I also offer hands-on-staging which allows for me to do a portion or the entire project, whichever better fits the client's needs and budget.  I am an Accredited and insured professional who will take a vested interest in your home or property.  I can do as little or as much as you like! 

Staging Consultation with Home Evaluation Report:  The Consultation will begin with a walk through of the interior and the exterior of the home.   Digital photos and notes will be taken to assist in the preparation of a detailed room-by-room report with my professional recommendations on how to increase your property's value through the eye of the buyer.  Fees are normally between $250-$500 per consultation.

Hands-On Staging:  This service is the actual hands on staging preparation.  It is meant to focus on the tasks that are necessary to get the home in premiere showing condition.  This could include  de-cluttering,  de-personalizing, organizing, furniture downsizing and re-arranging , using art and accessories - whatever it takes to get the home prepared to show well.   Hands-on staging involves a proposal based on sq footage and the amount of work involved.

 Vacant Home Staging: I will submit a proposal to stage your vacant home using furniture and accessories from my inventory or from local rental centers.  A monthly inventory fee will be included.
