Townhouses... Carrollton, Texas Style ! From the high 190's.

Sneak Preview !  For all those buyers out there in apartment land... something new and really great has come upon the New Homes horizon.  A new kind of townhouse... made just for Texas.

One of the drawbacks for many Texans as far as townhouses have been concerned... is that just about everyone who is interested in a townhouse... wants an end unit.

Usually, townhomes are built with anywhere from six to eight units in each building... which obviously means that out of an eight dwelling building, only two townhouses can be "end units."

Well... that is about to change.  There is a major new neighborhood just about ready to break ground in the wonderful, close-in city of Carrollton, Texas.  It will be an entirely townhouse neighborhood... but with one major exception not normally found in a townhouse community.

Each building... instead of having six to eight dwellings per building... which means six interior homes, and only two corner-units... the above homes have a maximum of three units total... two of which are "end units."

This is going to be a major "happening" in North Carrollton.  It is not open yet, but you can "beat the system" and get some up-front, pre-release information about this marverlous development by calling Karen Anne Stone at New Home Hunters DFW at (817) 929-3400... or at (469) 713-9725.  Introductory pre-construction pricing will be from the high 190's to the lower 200's.  Call Karen today !

I LIKE those townhouses, that is exactly the type of townhouse I would live in. all of our townhouses in New York look the same, aluminum siding and very drab. Nice listing.

Ray:  Yes, I agree.  So many townhouse neighborhoods look like some giant chicken waddled down the street and laid a big long row of townhouse eggs.  Not this neighborhood !  These look great !

Pam:  These are the townhomes that are behind that wall in the other post.  I am just trying to raise a little curiosity.  This is one building design, and this one has some stone on it.  This one also comes with just brick.  Then there are three other totally different designs, and they come full brick, and brick and stone.  And... each of the four buildings has three townhouses in them... two end units, and one interior unit.  They are going to be quite nice.
