This is a short sale listing, and the owners had absolutely no budget for rental furniture or any extra furniture for me to work with.

An update.....I was worried...with so little to work with......but I just heard from the realtor...2 days after the open house, she received 2 offers!!
So it appears, even very little staging with an extremely tight budget and no furniture.....still SELLS!!
