What a weekend! I am so glad spring has sprung because so has real estate! Last week I logged my very first listing! Sunday I had a listing presentation and a showing. 
The showing I didn't think would be longer than 20 minutes and I would be off to snap some photos of my listing to post on the MLS. Boy, WAS I WRONG! My buyers loved the house and put a contract on it! They were more surprised that the other actually liked the house and they both agre. The home had only been on the market 2 days, so the listing agent was thrilled! I did make it to my listing for photos and then back home to eat and head to bed! What a week. Now to find more buyers and sellers!
