If you are wanting to get properties in Florida at all time low prices now is the time to ACT. The banks that are forclosing on these properties are getting to all time record high inventories and need to sell now. Now what I'm seeing is many banks are not really willing to deal on these properties when selling one at a time.
But if investors are willing to invest in REO packages they can get BARGAINS of a lifetime. These banks are selling off bulk packages in hopes to help keep the real estate market from crahing any worse than it is. So if you are a serious investor looking to get into this deals now is the time to act tomorrow may be to late.
