I am sitting in Wailea working in one of the best places in the world. I really love Maui and the life that it offers to locals and visitorss a like. I meet people that come through our Wailea office and you can tell they are really pleased and enjoying there stay on Maui. When ever people on line are emailing me they have been to Maui or are palnning to come some time in the future.
With airfare high people think that it is not a good time to travel. With room rates for hotels and condos offering packages and free nights it's actually a great time to come to Maui. Get creative check the internet.
It is a great place to bring the family and enjoy the island life. It will bring the kid out in you.

North Shore
Great diving.
A visit to the north shore is a great way to enjoy the day. Waves are small in the summer rent a surfboard and come enjoy the surf. If the wind is up come watch the windsurfers at Hookipa Beach park sailing. It really is a beautiful sight to see.
If you are looking at south Maui there are some really nice places to stay. North Kihei offers long beaches for morning walks. It is also a favorite for kite boarders and windsurfers. South Maui offers some quality condos like Kamaole Sands and Mana Kai which has beautiful beach to enjoy.
