Couples and Team Marketing Samples

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Owner of FlyersToYou, Inc. and former Top Realtor

Seems like lately we've been getting a lot of requests for Couples and/or Team marketing examples, so I thought I'd put together a quick collage of some of the work we've done recently. It's really no different than when marketing yourself as a solo agent, as branding is still a major priority in ensuring there's a consistent "look and feel" to your campaign strategies.

The difference may be in what your message is. Often, teams and couples will do the "two for the price of one" or "double the real estate service" types of messages....but here I go being opinionated again! It doesn't matter whether you're a team of 1 or 25! If your marketing materials are shoddy and unprofessional, you will only be advertising to your prospects that they'll be getting that much more mediocrity!!!!

A solo agent who has a professional image....can easily out-compete a team if they're using haphazard marketing materials to convey their message. BUT...a team with professionally designed marketing MAY have a "sellable" advantage if their look and feel is on par with what many solo agents are doing.

In any case...we have wayyyyyyyyy too many examples to show you, so I just grabbed a few to give you an idea of what some of our "Couples" and/or "Team" marketing looks like.

As always, let me know if you have any specific requests...and I'll try to post them for you, ok?

Dave

They look nice though it's tough to really see them that small.

I like your creations David, though, like Christine said they are a bit small to appreciate.

Do you have a sample package that you can send out or a way to view them more closely?

David - Thanks for sharing some of your gorgeous marketing materials.  It certainly shows that a lot of planning and preparation went into creating them.  Very Nice!

Doug - You are right, we are on the same page. In reference to your comment on my post about flyer boxes, It's ok with me to market yourself a little, because that's why we are here. I think most people don't want their post to turn into spam, and if some control is not used, it will. I have a wordpress blog with spam comments every day that I have to clean out. So I understand where she was coming from, I also understand your point of view.

In Gary Kellers book the Millionaire real estate agent, he states that 10 percent of your gross should go to advertising. Looking back, I know that I need to cut back, and be more targeted with my income, adding advertising expense when revenue increases. I spend no money on SEO, and very little on my web presense, however, google thinks I own several neighborhoods in Franklin, Brentwood, and Spring Hill Tennessee, and it translates into listings.

By they way, your artwork is terrific.

Dang David!  I wish I lived closer to you so we could sit down and really go through it all in person.  Hmmm.  Where is Hemet?  Time to get out the map.
