What is it with the media?

Real Estate Agent with Windermere Preferred Living

I have been asked ( by numerous friends and family members) why I would be in real estate right now!

Whenever this happens, it always seems that the phones are screaming at me for attention, appointments are filling my schedule book, and sales are "popping".  Why be in real estate?

The news media can always find someone to get on camera and say hew terrible it all is.  Meanwhile back in the real world, investors are having bidding wars in Orange County, California to get the best prices for homes that they have seen in years!!

Admittedly it is in a specific segment of the market. Mostly the rush is in the $250k-$500k blue collar working class neighborhoods.  Getting an offer accepted amidst the auction-like atmosphere is a real test of your will and skill.

Real estate is on the move, right now.  Now is a great time to buy a home.
