It has been a long and tough year for the Real Estate Market so far, but....there is good news on the horizon - if you can see it and dream it, you can HAVE IT!!!
These are my words to all of you out there feeling the frustrations of the market. It is time to buck up and get creative and see the awesome opportunities infront of us. We are seeing a steady incline in home sales around the Northwest and I think it is going to slowly but surely continue. This is the time to "seize the day" in the Real Estate Market. It is widely known that a "Buyers" market does not ever last as long as a "Sellers" market, all good & BAD things do come to an end - and this too shall pass! But do you want it to pass you up? Buyer's have a small window of opportunity to create a long lasting good investment for themselves, this IS the time to buy! If everyone keeps waiting for the "bottom to fall out" before they invest in Real Estate, it just may be too late to catch the wave of good fortune that is upon us right now.
Do you want to look at the glass as half empty or half full? I myself, am choosing to see it as half full. I am educating my clients on exactly what this market is doing and what it means for both Buyers and Sellers. I am getting more creative with my Sellers as to be able to help them sell their homes faster and then also capitalize on the market we have at hand now.
