Recently I have been contacted by several people that are interested in buying a 2nd home in the Outer Banks. The international investors will not be receiving income from these investments and I am aware of the requirements upon disposition of the property.
What has been your experience with dealing with International Buyers and are there any additional requirements from the government needed? I have notified my buyers that before we proceed with an offer, we need to verify funds. Is this a procedure that you require?
Any advice would be extremely helpful.
