Roncrest is one of Marysville's older neighborhoods that retains the small town community feel. It mainly comprised of ramblers with single car garages. Most of the homes in the neighborhood have large lots sizes with the homes situated on the front portion of the lot making the back yard plenty big to tossing the football or rough house.
Roncrest has great location for families with elementary and middle school age children. Two blocks East lies Cedarcrest Middle School and everyday kids can be seen walking home along the sides of 88th. It also is located near, 5 blocks, Cedarcrest Golf Course on 67th so it no big deal to get on the weekend for a round of golf.
