June saw an increase in Power Ranch home sales of over 50% from this same time last year. Homes sold in June ranged from $160,000 - $625,000 with an average price of $289,874 and 121 days on the market. Although just a slight increase over the previous month, this just goes to show that more and more buyers are ready to come out and play!
