THANK HEAVEN FOR THE STAFFF AT RE/MAX OF NEW JERSEY, they made every effort to get my leads back and they did, The response time was quick & with out any hesitation,

I do have all my leads back, all my settings are in place, my clients are Happy I AM THRILLED-

Yes... I did back up and export all my leads to excel and will do it weekly!

 another wonderful experience with RE/MAX

I am sure some where on Activerain there was a tip on backing up your data base. Which Obviously I didnt read or my problem would  not exist-

But I had a bad day yesterday and just should have stayed in bed!

First my IPhone was giving me trouble, (but that's another story all together)  

So I had to restore that, Actually a wonderful agent from my office Kelly Gabriel came over at 10 PM to help- Which I must say, WE HAVE a Wonderful Crew at my RE/MAX office. we are always looking to help each other. It's Great.

But Kelly went beyond that. She did a wonderful job, She BACKED UP EVERYTHING FIRST. 

after that I should have just went to bed. But nooooooooooooooooooo I like to sit up and work till 2 in the morning responding to all my emails., checking the MLS for updates, always trying to make sure I know the inventory. So I decided to clean house a bit, as in my computer clean house.

So I signed onto my RE/MAX lead Street,

long story Short

 I had my entire data base on my RE/MAX LeadStreet site, all 1980 contacts, all which we neatly placed and identified, each one getting their daily updates, new Listings, searches,foreclosures,,each seller receivingtheir weekly reports, all 1980 leads getting the monthly tip guide. Each one of them with constant contact from me, made my handling the leads swift and in control. My RE/MAX leadstreet surpassed Top Producer or any other contact manager around.

RE/MAX leadstreet is by far the best site there is to date. I can not believe I did this to myself,

well I inadvertently went to delete one Contact which with out reading what I was doing, at 2 in the morning, and as the story goes. I lost them ALL, so ladies and gents.. It's simple BACK UP EVERYTHING in fact do it weekly- I LOST THEM ALL-

another tip- Do not make a pot of coffee at 1 A.M so you can go another 2 hours

 so if anyone has a tip for me . or just make me smile today. I am going on bad day Number 2

Did you call your system admin at RE/MAX international?  They may be able to restore the data. 

Leadstreet is great.  Its one of the things I loved about RE/MAX.  Sorry you lost your database.

Yikes!  Thanks for the reminder that I should get that back up done NOW!  I hope you find a way to restore your leads!

actually I need to manually put them back in, Thank you , and yes back them up into an excel format
