We as agents need to let the public know that the MARKET IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE overnight. Buyers have many choices. They need to know that the rates are great. We can change the thinking if we change the way we view the media.

A recent poll showed many do not trust real estate agents, we as an industry need to be cautious about hyping the term "Great Time To Buy", after all isn't that dependant upon their needs. It may be a great time to buy but it could go down farther, Right?
