We all measure success by different means. Some is monetary, others look at reputation, and still others have a completely different view on success.
Are you paving your way leaving a smooth trail that follows behind you? or...
Are you steam rolling over everything in you path to get to the top, without future consequences in mind. Are you burning the bridges that you may have re-cross at a later date. Success at any cost...is that really the way to build a business?
No steam rolling, but I am running a business and we are in a competitive industry. I will run my business competitively but I will not compromise my morals and ethics. What goes around, comes around !

Bill, I love the photos! There are some people in this business that steam-roll and then wonder why the business is so "hard" for them.. They should see this.
Well, I know ther are several agents that have "burned" the bridges with me!
