SCORE-frozen ground 1, agent 1

Real Estate Agent with Edina Realty

For those agents where the ground stays warm and there is no word like "frostbite".We in the north know when spring is here.We can get out signs out of the ground!

There are various ways to help remove those for sale signs out of homeowners front yards.I am now tied with the frozen ground. After drilling around a sign for a couple of minutes..presto..it came out. The next sign turned out to be impervious to all the drilling.Dynamite was required, but since that might be frowned upon,I'll wait a couple more weeks.

I'm curious. What happens to the signs when you have a lot of snow.  Do you have to keep going out and putting it on top of the snow so it can be seen?

It was 72 today and the grass is a nice green down here in Atlanta.

This year we were lucky..not much snow ..I just shovel around the sign so people can see it. One sign was covered to the top! That one had to wait until the snow melted around it.
