Today was a great day in the office, but an even better day for our company! We had our company summer Sell-A-Bration today. It was great to see hundreds of agents together this morning all smiling, laughing, of course eating and having a good time. In-fact there were a couple of lucky agents that won attendance prizes and company contest prizes. The prizes ranged from I-pods, lap top computers, portable DVD players, GPS Systems, Gas Cards and the Grand Prize winner won a trip to Disney in Orlando Florida. Congrats to Cheryl Cooper out of my very own St Charles Office and have fun in Florida...
The Setting for today was "Agents Learning From Agents"! We had 3 Sessions and 3 different speakers in each session for a total of 9 classes. Topics included a Rookie Panel, Successful Open Houses, Building Buyer Loyality, On-Line Sellers Advantage (OSA), Overcoming Commission Objections, Internet Panel, Propsection Basics, E-Cards & Fine Homes Expectations. It was great, but if you know me you know one of my biggest motto's is "Everyday is School"!
In a time where the market is off and the media is down on everything real estate related, it was nice to see everyone come together to support the company and have a great time!
